Please join us for the ordination of three new deacons. Our deacon candidates have completed their training and the Ordination Council was led by the Holy Spirit to approve them for ordination. This very special service will be followed by a light meal.

Together our spiritual outlook on life will grow as we pray, sing and explore God’s word. Lunch will be served following the service. The Nineteenth Street Baptist Church is Going to Alabama!
The Union Chapel M. B. Church in Huntsville, Alabama is celebrating their 77th anniversary in August, 2010. Our pastor has accepted their invitation to deliver the morning message during their Sunday worship services on August 15, 2010.
Plans are already underway to arrange for a special motor coach bus to make it easy and affordable for interested members of our church family to enjoy this special time of fellowship with our brothers and sisters at Union Chapel M. B. Church (www.unionchapel-hsv.org).
