Update From Jamaica

The team arrived to Jamaica and cleared customs without any problems. All luggage arrived! They were met from a representative from Trelawny and walked right through customs. That evening they were treated to a home cooked meal at the home of Father Fairweather where they ate barbequed chicken, yams and kalaloo..yum. The teens led evening devotions that night at Bounty Hall Church of God. Team visited the hospital on Sunday.

On Monday, the team worked at the Granville Girls Home and visited the Granville Orphanage. They also visited a nursing home where they sang with the residents. Their first night of crusade was extremely successful with our youth.

I am filled with joy that my daughter Erica Thompson made a decision for Christ! Ten natives of Jamaica responded to invitation on Sunday. Reverend Turner preached the service that day.

Tuesday morning, Jamaican team member Vanya Grant preached. They had team devotions at oceanside and will be going to Bounty Hall Primary School today.
